Is it possible to harvest my eggs if I've had a tubal ligation and a uterine ablation?

I am 43-year-old woman with 3 kids. Divorced now, looking to possibly have my eggs harvested so that I could use a surrogate. I have had a tubal ligation and 2 uterine ablations. I had 6 months of Lupron. Have the symptoms of my periods, but no period. Possible?
I'm 47 and had a partial hysterectomy, am I to old to freeze my eggs to use with a surrogate later?

About 6 years ago I had to have my uterus and cervix removed due to cancer. I still have my ovaries but have no idea if I'm still ovulating. Could I still be ovulating? If so can I have my eggs extracted for use in a surrogate pregnancy?
