I have been advised by my OB/GYN who specializes in PCOS to try to conceive soon or there is a chance I might have to loose my ovaries if the papillary serous cystadenomas comes back. What options do I have? Thank you.

About 6 years ago I had to have my uterus and cervix removed due to cancer. I still have my ovaries but have no idea if I'm still ovulating. Could I still be ovulating? If so can I have my eggs extracted for use in a surrogate pregnancy?
