G. David Adamson, M.D., F.R.C.S.C., F.A.C.O.G., F.A.C.S.
David Adamson, M.D. is a board certified reproductive endocrinologist and surgeon and Director of Fertility Physicians of Northern California in Palo Alto and San Jose, California. Dr. Adamson received his M.D. degree and residency training at the University of Toronto in Toronto, Canada and his reproductive endocrinology, infertility and surgery fellowship training at Stanford University School of Medicine in Stanford, California. He is a Fellow of the Royal College of Surgeons of Canada, the American College of Obstetricians and Gynecologists and the American College of Surgeons.
Dr. Adamson is a Clinical Professor at Stanford University School of Medicine and Associate Clinical Professor at University of California San Francisco School of Medicine. He is Past President of the American Society for Reproductive Medicine (ASRM), the world's largest and oldest reproductive medicine professional society, and Past-president of the AAGL (formerly the American Association of Gynecologic Laparoscopists), the Society for Assisted Reproductive Technology, the Pacific Coast Reproductive Society, Society for Reproductive Surgeons, San Francisco Gynecological Society, Bay Area Reproductive Endocrinologists Society, and Peninsula Gynecologic Society. He is a Board member of the International Federation of Fertility Societies, Secretary-treasurer of the International Committee Monitoring ART (ICMART), President of the World Endometriosis Research Foundation (WERF), Chair of the International Federation of Obstetrics and Gynecology (FIGO) Reproductive Medicine Committee, and a member of many other national and international professional societies. He has also served as an advisor to the National Institutes of Health, Centers for Disease Control and Prevention and other governmental organizations. Dr. Adamson has published over 125 peer-reviewed scientific articles, and book chapters, been editor of three textbooks, and presented lectures extensively on reproductive medicine and surgery, endometriosis, the assisted reproductive technologies and infertility. He also serves on numerous editorial, government and industry advisory boards, both nationally and internationally, and is frequently consulted by the media. He served on the Board and Executive Committee of National Resolve, the national consumer fertility organization, for 10 years. He has been listed in Who's Who in America since 1990 and recognized by Good Housekeeping Magazine as one of the best 400 physicians for women in America. In 2006 he received the Outstanding Achievement in Medicine award from the Santa Clara County Medical Society where he practices, and a Certificate of Special Congressional Recognition for outstanding and invaluable service to the community.
In 1997 Dr. Adamson founded Advanced Reproductive Care, Inc., a national network reproductive medicine company dedicated to increasing the value of medical care through innovative clinical and financial programs, information technology, clinical research, and outcomes assessment. He has served as its CEO and Chairman since that time. The network's physician members are now in 40 states and currently provide approximately one-third of the in vitro fertilization services in the United States.

H. Preston Nelson, M.D., F.A.C.O.G.
Dr. Nelson is a Board Certified Specialist in Reproductive Endocrinology and Obstetrics/Gynecology. He is a Fellow of the American College of Obstetrics and Gynecology, and a member of the Society of Reproductive Endocrinologists, the Society for Assisted Reproductive Technology, and the Bay Area Reproductive Endocrinologists Society. Dr. Nelson is the director of clinical research at the Fertility Physicians of Northern California. He graduated from Stanford University, U.C. San Diego, and the University of Washington before training in reproductive endocrinology and surgery at the University of California Medical Center in San Francisco. His many honors include the National Institute of Health Fellowship Award and the American College of Obstetrics and Gynecology Mead Johnson Clinical Research Fellowship.

Alex H. Kim, M.D., F.A.C.O.G.
Dr. Kim is a Board Certified Specialist in Reproductive Endocrinology and Obstetrics/Gynecology. He is a Fellow of the American College of Obstetrics and Gynecology, and is a member of the Society of Reproductive Endocrinologists and the American Society for Reproductive Medicine. He is the director of laboratory research at the Fertility Physicians of Northern California. He graduated from Vanderbilt University Medical School, completed his OB/GYN residency training at Temple University and his Reproductive Endocrinology and Infertility training at Yale University. He is an author of a variety of publications addressing topics from reproductive surgery to corpus luteum regression. His many honors include recognition by the Philadelphia Obstetrical Society and Temple University.

Mary E. Abusief, MD, FACOG.
Dr. Abusief received her medical degree from the Southern Illinois University School of Medicine. She completed her residency in Ob/Gyn at the Washington University School of Medicine in St. Louis and her fellowship in reproductive endocrinology and infertility at Brigham and Women's Hospital, Harvard Medical School. Dr. Abusief is Board Certified in Obstetrics and Gynecology and Board Eligible in Reproductive Endocrinology and Infertility.
Dr. Abusief's academic honors include being named Resident of the Year at Washington University School of Medicine. She also won an Excellence in Teaching Award and received an Expanding the Boundaries Research Grant from Harvard Medical School's department of Ob/Gyn and Reproductive Sciences. Her recent research, centered on menstrual functioning and fertility in women treated with chemotherapy, received First Prize at the 2006 New England Fertility Society Annual Meeting. Dr. Abusief is a member of the American Society of Reproductive Medicine, the Society for Reproductive Endocrinology and Infertility and the Society for Assisted Reproductive Technology.
