• Spotting and cramping • Bloating • Swollen and sore breasts • Fatigue • Food cravings • Frequent urination • Nausea or vomiting • A sensitive to odors and smells • Headaches • Weight gain • Heartburn and indigestion
Beginning stage
Some of the signs and symptoms of pregnancy will increase as you progress through the months while others like morning sickness—nausea and vomiting will decrease. The one thing that will increase as you go along is your weight, as the baby grows, you will gain weight. Your breasts will grow throughout your pregnancy as well; they will begin to secrete a fluid that is called colostrum.
Middle stage
And along with leaky breasts you will begin to retain water which will make your hands, face, ankles and feet swell. You may notice a dark line that runs from your pubic bone to your belly button that is another sign of pregnancy. But the best sign is that while all these other things are occurring in your body, your baby will start moving. You'll be hearing your baby's heart beat and feel when your baby kick's or punches you. There is nothing more incredible then feeling that tiny life moving inside you.
End stage
You will also be able to see your baby move on the outside as you enter you enter the final stages of your pregnancy. Your navel may push out and your back will hurt as you begin to walk like a duck or waddle. You may experience some false labor pains, but when all of this starts, remember that very soon that life you feel inside of you will soon be in your arms.
