I am 39 years old and have not been getting periods regularly. The doctor gave me Progynova and Meprate daily (3 for 10 days). Spotting occurred but there still is no bleeding. I'm attempting my 4th in vitro fertilization (IVF) cycle. My anti-Mullerian hormone (AMH) report is 0.1 and I'm using donor eggs. Will the medications I was given eventually lead me to have a regular menstrual cycle?

I am 30 years old and have had 2 ectopic pregnancies. The first one was in my left tube. The doctors were able to leave it and in 2010 my daughter was born. The second occurred in my right tube in 2013, but because it ruptured it had to be removed. Is in vitro fertilization (IVF) an option?

I had a tubal ligation 14 yrs ago. My period is late by 2 weeks. I took an at-home pregnancy test, but it was negative. I then went to the doctor for a urine test, but it too was negative. Now I am bloated and have tenderness on my right side. It seems as though the pain/tenderness gets worse when I'm laying or sitting. Could the tubal ligation be to blame? Would a reversal help?
