Yes, there are many medications that can be employed for treatment depending on the cause of male infertility. I would suggest speaking with a urologist to see which is specifically right for your circumstances, as there are many variables.

The question is if there are any medications or herbal remedies for treatment of male infertility.

The first thing we need to do is to establish that an abnormal Semen analysis has been repeated at least 2-3 times and is is abnormal again and again. If that is established, the male partner needs an evaluation for the potential causes if male infertility which may include abnormal Chromosomes, abnormality at the level of the brain, pituitary gland and testosterone, potential exposure to enviromental toxins, medication or supplements that could cause problems, physical exam finding of absence or abstruction of the Vas deferans, presence of vericocele etc etc. So a simple "take these meds and repeat your Semen analysis in 3 months will not do, and more importantly prescribing any meds without a proper workup is not a good idea.

Having said that, of course male infertility can be treated with antibiotics for infectious causes. We can treat abnormalities of hormone levels with clomid or Injectable fertility drugs. There are fertility male supplements with added elemnts that have been shown to improve semen analysis parameters in some cases.

MY ADVICE: Get a proper work up first.
