Are there limitations to the number of times testicular sperm can be extracted?

I had a biopsy procedure back in 2001 that confirms my azoospermia condition. In 2010, I underwent percutaneous epididymal sperm aspiration (PESA) and micro-epididymal sperm aspiration (MESA) on the same day. I am planning to try again mid-2013. Are there limitations to how many times testicular sperm can be extracted? If so, why?
