blocked fallopian tube

I have been trying to conceive for 2.5 years. Recently, I found out that my left fallopian tube is blocked and that's the reason I'm having difficulty getting pregnant. I was wondering if it is possible to cure a blocked fallopian tube with herbal medicine?

Most tubal blockages are due to old inflammation and scarring, in which case medical therapy of any kind is not helpful. There are circumstances where a tube may be blocked during a hysterosalpingogram (HSG) due to tubal spasm, and thus are not truly blocked. This "false obstruction" can be difficult to differentiate from a true obstruction.

Also know that if the tube is blocked at the very end and is dilated (a hydrosalpinx), surgery can be performed to open it, but often the open tube does not function well. This scenario also does not respond to herbs or medicine.
