Frozen embryos

If my embryos were frozen, and there is going to be another transfer tomorrow, will it be ok once thawed out? My doctor said it may not work and it's scaring me.

Survival rate of frozen thawed embryos are 80%
Pregnancy rate 3 to 5% lower than fresh
