How can we have a child of our own without my uterus?

My daughter is willing to be a surrogate mother for my husband and myself as I am infertile (no longer having a uterus). How do we go about accomplishing this using my eggs, my husband's sperm and my daughter's uterus?

You would need to contact a fertility center to begin the evaluation. Once the evaluation is complete, if it is determined that you are eligible for this type of procedure, you will go through the necessary steps with the company's third-party department. There are laws govening surrogacy that will need to be upheld.

You cannot have a child on your own if you do not have a uterus. You will need to use a surrogate. With surrogacy, you have an option to use your eggs (if they are viable) and your partner's sperm, which would ensure that your child has both of your features.
