The only thing that will increase the chance of success with PGD is a higher # of embryos. The more embryos available for biopsy, the better chance of having a normal embryo. But basically, nothing can really increase chances.

PGD 21 girls 4 boys (0 answers)
After two IVF and two PGD we got 25 embryos: 21 girls ( nine were healthy) and 4 boys (none were healhty). Could you explain this 21/4 ratio and none of the 4 boys embryos were healthy? FISH result was giving me a 1/1 ratio.
