Is Embryo Freezing ethical?

What are the legal implications? Should a lawyer be involved if I want to pursue this?

It is not necessary for a lawyer to be involved to freeze your embryos. We have consent forms that both man and woman sign. The consent form also must be signed prior to the thawing of the embryos by both parties also. The consent form addresses issues such as divorce or death and the disposition of the embryos.
