Is there any thing I can do if my tubes are blocked?

I had an hsg done and both tubes are blocked. I have been pregnant before and had a miscarriage. From the symptoms from pain and other symptoms my doctor suspected Endometriosis but we can't afford to go any further. Is there anything we can do?

Sometimes a tubal spasm occurs during an HSG which is a muscular contraction that can cause the tubes to close off. Often if your doctor repeats the HSG the dye will go through one or both tubes. Also you can possibly have a laparoscopy to surgically evaluate your pelvis.
