Is a vasectomy reversal possible if it's been 15 years?

It has been over 15 years that I've had a vasectomy and I would like to have a baby. Is a reversal possable for me?

It is possible, but it would likely require a vasoepididymostomy, which is a much more technically difficult surgery and not done by many surgeons. Sperm retrieval with IVF would likely be a better option.
