There is no way to know the answer to this. If you are under 35 or older and cannot conceive for six months- then you should see a specialist and the specialist can do testing on your uterine environment. You should ask your doctor about when you should attempt another pregnancy. ZIFT is not typically done- usually for religious reasons.
