I've had pelvic inflammatory disease twice and two abortions, but am now having trouble getting pregnant. Will herbal medication work?

I have been trying to conceive for 2.5 years. Recently, I found out that my left fallopian tube is blocked and that's the reason I'm having difficulty getting pregnant. I was wondering if it is possible to cure a blocked fallopian tube with herbal medicine?
