Obstructive azoospermia and gift

My husband has cystic fibrosis and we would like to pursue gift rather than ivf. I have read mixed reviews regarding the probability of pregnancy with gift and male infertility. Has your clinic been successful with the above circumstances?Thank you

In your situation GIFT would not be the best option. Most likely there will not be adequate numbers of sperm from a testicular biopsy to give a good chance for success. GIFT is no longer performed in most IVF centers as the success rates with conventional IVF are much better.
