I am 42 yrs old and had a partial hysterectomy. My husband is 27. We want to retrieve my eggs and have a surrogate. What are the chances of success?

Unfortunately, anyone over the age of 40 has a low chance of success using their own eggs due to the decline of egg quality with age. You would have about a 12-15% live birth rate if you still have ovarian function. If you wanted to consider using an egg donor, you would have a 50-60% live birth rate and likely have extra embryos to freeze in case the first cycle didn't work. Good luck!
