Every physician would have a slightly different answer to this question so there is not one right answer. Boston IVF does have a nutritionist on staff to review particular dietary concerns an individual might have who can individualize a diet plan that is right for that person if there are particular concerns. If you are not a diabetic or pre-diabetic, if your weight is optimal for your size, then we do not make specific recommendations regard despite great variety! So, we recommend common sense, moderation and following as healthy a diet as you can for the sake of your health and for setting a good example for your baby but not because IVF will work better that way.
