You would need to contact a center that offers gender selection. You will be able to learn how the process works, what it costs and determine whether it is right for you.

Gender selection is done in association with an IVF cycle. Embryos are cultured to the blastocyst stage, biopsied, and then subsequently frozen. Once the results of the aCGH testing is complete, a frozen embryo transfer is performed with only normal embryos of your desired sex.
