The cut off age for tubal reversal is 35. Consult with a reproductive endocrinologists to discuss your treatment options.

Hi. We would recommend IVF with the use of an egg donor or embryo adoption.

You could have a tubal reversal surgery and your chances of pregnancy at the age of 42 is about 20% to 30% provided your tubes are healthy, there is enough length for the reversal procedure, and you have a good ovarian reserve, among other things.
