I have hemorrhagic ovarian cysts. Do I need surgery, and can I still conceive in the future?

I have a hemorrhagic cyst that is 34mm by 28mm in my right ovary. My right ovary is 15mm by 28mm, and my left ovary is 38mm by 16mm. I've had irregular menses since I was 6 years old. I am now 23. I've been taking homeopathic medicine for 6 months with no effect. I've had an ultrasound done. Is the size of the cyst considered large, and do I need surgery? Will this affect my ability to conceive?

Hemorrhagic cysts do typically resolve over time. However, persistent cysts or if Polycystic Ovarian Syndrome are found to be a complication, then this could affect menses & fertility.

You may have ovulated causing the hemorrhagic cyst. Have a progesterone level done. This may be a nl Physiologic occurrence and may be a nl thing .Other non-ovulatory hemorrhagic cysts are benign and will go away. Yes, you will be able to conceive.
