I’m having clips removed soon. They said they are not repairing the tubes. Can I still fall pregnant?
I had my tubes clipped in 2010 and I'm having them removed now in 2015 due to excessive pain. I was told they are not repairing the tube just simply removing the clips from my tubes. What are my chances of falling pregnant?

Its possible to conceive as they were clipped and not burned or cauterized .depends on on whether there is scar tissue there. Have an HSG done that can check whether your tubes are open if not

If the clips are simply removed then you will not become pregnant because the tubes are closed. You would have to have your tubes rejoined after the clips are removed if you want to become pregnant.

I had the Hulka clips put on during a tubal ligation procedure when I was 24 years old. I am now 30 and my husband and I want another child.
