Hi, and thanks for your question! It's important to see a doctor to assure you/your partner are healthy BEFORE pregnancy. Lifestyle modification and simple testing can help to optimize your odds of success and also have a healthy baby. Having said that, there IS something you can take called Pregnitude. It's all natural and MAY boost your odds of success. Some local pharmacies carry it and it's available at Amazon.com, too. Understand, however, that there are no guarantees with this product.
Hope this helps!

None that we are aware of. Any medications that might be needed for fertility treatments generally require a prescription from a doctor (and a doctor visit beforehand to make sure medication is needed and given correctly).

There are various herbal formulas that I recommend to my fertility patients that prepare and enhance your chances for pregnancy.
It is best to evaluate your personal health history to give you what you need. The combination of weekly acupuncture, plus herbs and nutritional supplements are very effective for conception to occur.

Other than a multivitamin, there is nothing you can buy over the counter to increase your chances of pregnancy.
