Yes, you can have a tubal reversal but you should be aware that weight plays a role in reproduction. It is advised that you maintain a BMI of 32 or under before considering a tubal reversal.

This depends on many factors. Depending on how overweight, the surgical technique can be more difficult. Also, women have decreased ovarian function with age. I am assuming that you are at least 39 years young and possibly in your 40s. Assuming that your partner has a normal semen analysis, your pregnancy rates could be as high as 5-10 percent per month, or as low as <1 percent per month, depending on age. Fertility rates decline sharply for all women in their 30s, and more sharply after age 37.
