TTC and 1 week late, but negative HPT?

I've been try to conceive for almost a year, but I have had irregular periods (22-35 day cycles). My period's a week late and I've taken 3 home pregnancy tests, but they are all negative. I have no symptoms other than slightly tender breasts. Should I see a doctor or wait and test again?

The irregularity in your cycles suggests that there is something wrong with your ovulation. It is recommended that you consult a reproductive endocrinologist (infertility specialist) if you are trying to conceive. Evaluation is simple, and most treatments are easily implemented.
