What are the possibilities of a 21-year-old woman conceiving a child with a 43-year-old man?

I had a miscarriage 4 years ago and have irregular periods. My partner, a 43-year-old-man, has 2 older children but we'd like to try again soon. I would also like to know if there would be more chances of something being wrong with the child since he is much older.

I've been try to conceive for almost a year, but I have had irregular periods (22-35 day cycles). My period's a week late and I've taken 3 home pregnancy tests, but they are all negative. I have no symptoms other than slightly tender breasts. Should I see a doctor or wait and test again?

I am 48 years old. I had my tubes cut, tied and burned 22 yrs ago. Can I become pregnant if I use fertility drugs, or have sperm injected without having a tubal reversal done? If not, what other options do me and my partner have?
