Can I donate my testicles to a sperm bank?

I'm trying to find a place to sell my testicles to but don't know where to go. Do sperm banks buy testicles by any chance?

No, unfortunately testicle donation is not performed. That was a fabrication of social media.

You will need to contact the sperm bank directly. UCSF does not have a sperm bank.

I am afraid that I do not know of any places currently taking testicles, certainly not any sperm banks. It seems that social media has made this option available, but medically it is not performed. As of right now, the FDA has not approved testicle donation.
