I have had 5 c-sections and have early stages of endometriosis. Is a tubal reversal a good option?

When comparing the reversal of a tubal ligation versus IVF the most important factors are (1) your eggs, such as your age and your Anti-Mullerian hormone (AMH) level; (2) your partner's sperm count; and (3) what type of tubal ligation was performed. For women over 35 years old, IVF is usually the better choice.

Women with a history of being pregnant multiple times and having multiple cesarean deliveries are at high risk for pregnancy and delivery complications. Please consult your obstetrician to discuss these risks.

Reversal is certainly an option for you. There is an increased risk of a more challenging reversal surgery if you have adhesions from your csections but most women will have not have severe adhesions.

Ever since I got my tubal I have been really heavy. I will start my period and stay on it for two months and get off for a month. It’s really really heavy and very light pink. What should I do because it’s killing me I’m hurting really bad. I can’t do anything when I start.
