If my sperm count is zero, does this mean I can't be treated for male infertility?

Is there some kind of treatment or surgery I can do to get my sperm count out of zero?

You need a diagnostic work up. Often sperm can be retrieved surgically especially if there is a blockage. Find a urologist who knows the infertility field.

If sperm aspiration, what effect would it have on me? I'm also open to hearing about other options as well.
