Very simply the man or same sex male couple will connect with a clinic and move ahead with finding an egg donor that is desirable to them. Then they will build a relationship with another women who will be their gestational surrogate. This will then progress to egg retrieval,
insemination with the man's sperm and having the embryo transferred into the uterus.

It is very successful and a wonderful process.

I also develop an erection during masturbation, but it is short lived; I ejaculate prematurely. I'm in my early 30s and in good health. My gynecologist believes there's no reason why I shouldn't be able to conceive. The problem is that I'm newly married and my husband, a father of 3 from his previous marriage, had a vasectomy prior to us wedding. What is the better choice: vasectomy reversal or sperm aspiration? If sperm aspiration, what effect would it have on me? I'm also open to hearing about other options as well.
