I have no fallopian tubes, one ovary, and my uterus. Can I still have a baby through in vitro?

Yes, but it depends on your age and egg quality. If you are older, a donor egg can be used.

Yes, you could do IVF to get pregnant. Having only one ovary limits the number of eggs that could be retrieved, but it is definitely an option.

In vitro fertilization is your only option to have a baby genetically your own. Your only other alternative would be adoption.
