Are there any clinics that will accept eggs donated by a 36 year old woman?
Egg Donation - 4 months ago1 answer
I am an educated 36 year old woman who is interested in donating eggs. My 2-year-old son was conceived through IVF, so I am already familiar with the egg retrieval process. Also, my cycles have been regular since my son was born. They were not regular prior to his conception, however. I think that I would be an excellent donor, but most clinics are looking for women in their 20s. Do you know where I could donate my eggs? I live in Michigan.

My daughter is 33 years old. She has endometriosis and one ovary. She has gone through multiple procedures to conceive, but cannot produce a very good follicle. I am 53 and had a hysterectomy in 1993, but my ovaries are still intact. Can I still produce an egg to donate to her? Would hormone injections help me to be able to produce an egg for donation?

Can I become pregnant if I was sick with acute myeloid leukemia 11 years ago? What are the risks?
Egg Donation - 6 months ago1 answer
I want to use donor oocytes to minimize the hormonal burden on my body. But even with my eggs, pregnancy is rather impossible because I do not have my menstruation after high-dose therapy before autologous bone marrow transplantation. I have been taking hormone replacement therapy since 2005. There is no statistics of successful pregnancy after long-term remission of leukemia. And what I must do I do not know. It is very hard to feel healthy and be aware that I will never become a mother.
