I am 42 years old and my period is 3 months late, could I be pregnant? I had my tubes clamped nearly 17 years ago.

I am 42 years old and my period is almost 3 months late. I'm having nausea and some signs of pregnancy, but my tubes have been clamped for nearly 17 yrs. Could I be pregnant? If not, what else could this be attributed to?

IUI will not work because your tubes are tied and the sperm will not be able to get to the egg. You will need tubal reversal surgery or in vitro fertilization.
