Is it possible to get pregnant after a tubal ligation and endometrial ablation?

I had my tubes ties in 2003 and an endometrial ablation in 2008. I am remarried now and we would love to have a baby. Is it possible to reverse these? I am 38 yrs old and in excellent health.
